TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Included products are limited to original (OEM) toner, drums, inks and associated printer consumables
2) To qualify, a valid order must be £200+ goods value (ex VAT) for product ranges listed in point one.
3) Multiples of £200 within the same order will afford multiple entries (e.g. a £600 order of valid products detailed in point one will qualify for three tickets into the prize draw)
4) For mixed orders, only the products listed in point one will count towards the requirements.
5) Our prize draw will take place in December 2024 and the winning entry will be selected at random.
6) The prize will be in the format of a holiday voucher of your choice. No cash alternative is available.
7) We reserve the right to withhold the prize until it is entirely satisfied that the claimant of the prize is the bona fide winner and reserves the right to call for such proof as it may deem neccesary.
8) if any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be valid.
9) CTS Wholesale reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revisions of these terms and conditions, customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
10) This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11) Back orders are exempt.
