1. Prices


All prices shown are exclusive of VAT which will be added at the rate applicable on the date of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time. We can offer fixed term pricing subject to status and specified product range. Any fixed pricing will not be appliable to OEM purchases or other volatile ranges which are deemed by CTS as being out of their control (e.g. global markets on paper, PPE etc).


2. Delivery


There is no minimum order value. Delivery will be attempted next working day for items that are in stock. Subject to own driver workload we may be able to offer same day delivery. Order deadline for attempted delivery next day is 5pm for email/phone orders, 5:30pm for orders placed on the CTS website, 6pm for EDI customers.


3. Carriage Charges


All orders will have an additional delivery charge unless otherwise stated due to threshold of goods value and we reserve the right to add this onto your order if not applied to your purchase order. Additional regional and upgrading charges may also apply.


4. Terms of Payment


Payment must be made with order unless a credit account is agreed. A payment link will be emailed to your accounts contact email for payment prior to your order being released for dispatch. For credit accounts, account access should be available within 48 hours of application. Payment of account should be made strictly by the end of the month following the date of invoice. Failure to do so will render the account either being placed on 'stop' or having facilities withdrawn. We do not accept credit/debit card payments over the phone. Accounts will send a “stripe” payment link for the customer to pay online.


5. Faulty Products


If our product is found to be faulty then CTS will issue a credit to the value or issue a free of charge replacement subject to receipt of an approved batch identification code and evidence of fault from the product. Should your account be on stop, we will withdraw this facility until the account is paid in full. We reserve the right to collect faulty goods, send out an independent engineer and ascertain if any other non-CTS product or part is culpable for the failure. There will be no charge for return of faulty goods if a collection is required. We can only accept return of goods with a valid CTS returns reference which will be provided by our customer service team. Please note that if our product has been disposed of without our express written permission before we have had reasonable opportunity to inspect or rectify, we reserve the right to withdraw all warranties, further support and any refunds or other financial compensation.


6. Shortages, Damaged or Incorrect Goods


Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order to be valid. Each incident shall be treated in accordance with the relevant circumstances.


7. Goods Not Required


Must be reported within 90 days from date of purchase and will be subject to a 20% net value of goods restocking charge and a collection fee, if required, will also apply.


8. Retention of Title


All goods remain the property of CTS until payment is received in full. CTS reserve the right to charge interest on late payment as defined under the Late Payment Legislation. If the goods are sold to a third party, then the sale proceeds will be held by you in trust for CTS until your payment to CTS has been made in full. We have the right to require you to direct the third party to make the payment that would have been made to you to be made to CTS. Goods which are in your possession will be held by you as bailee. You must keep the goods separately and identifiable as the property of CTS until you have paid in full. We may enter your premises or any other property of any other person holding the goods on your behalf without notice and recover the goods, which are not paid for in full.


9. Proof of Deliveries


If required must be requested within 120 days of the goods dispatch date. Delivery disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery to be valid.


10. Warranties

CTS warrants that each remanufactured and compatible cartridge sold are free of defects in design, assembly, and workmanship during its useful life and is covered under our lifetime guarantee. Where an express guarantee is requested the manufacturer's terms of warranty will be called upon. It is also warranted that under normal use and storage conditions our compatible and remanufactured cartridges are guaranteed to print to a professionally high standard and last to the advertised yields. They will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or void the OEM warranty for the printer, facsimile machines, or copier concerned. This warranty does not cover damage to the product and/or a printer/copier caused by accident, abuse, excessive force, natural disaster, human error, unauthorised disassembly, repair, or modification. A “buy out warranty” option is available in lieu of handling returned faulty product, whereby a pre agreed percentage of monthly net sales is issued to our customers as a credit note. 11. Catalogue


CTS will not accept any liability for any error or omission in this catalogue or any other brochure or document produced.


12. Product listings and images


Please note that all products that we classify as “Unbranded” and have the manufacturer as “CTS” may differ from the short descriptions and/ or images advertised on our website and our Fusion+ data but will perform to the same or better specification. We will also endeavour to supply a consistent product in most cases although this cannot always be guaranteed. If an OEM brand is specifically listed as the manufacturer, only the original branded product will be supplied.

Office opening times are between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
